2. Protection spell- Do a protection spell just either through prayer or just do a simple east spell. You can do a protection spell by cleansing your whole body with water or incense or make a jar filled of sharp objects a hot spices.
3. Make a sigil- Sigils can be used as a way to manifest or protection. You can just do a simple doodle and use it to protect you and bring you good luck.
4. Work with deties or spirit guides- When you're going through hard times you should reach out to your spirit guides and ask for a sign or some guidance.
5. Work with the elements- elemental work is some of my favorite. All you have to do is spend time with that element. Take a bath or swim, light a candle or sit by a fire, go outside or take a hike, spend time outside on a windy day or sit under a fan.
6. The sun- Spend some time in the sun it wont fix everything but it always makes me feel better.
7. Practice self love- Practice self compassion, do your skin care routine, take an everything shower, journal, just do things that make you feel good.
8. Tarot or oracle- If shits going down try to figure out what's happening. It also helps reflect on what you're going through.
